{ The Purpose }

When THX UK approached us with the idea of developing THX Live – My Hire Hub, we were eager to collaborate once again following the success of our previous work. THX’s vision was to create a platform that would revolutionise the tool hire experience for specialist contractors, providing a streamlined, automated solution that made the hire process simpler and more efficient for both THX and their customers.

The Challenge

THX needed a digital solution to:

  • Automate and streamline manual account management processes.
  • Enhance the overall hire experience for their customers.
  • Provide transparency and visibility into hire contracts and durations.
  • Ensure a user-friendly interface and seamless user experience.

Our task was to design and deliver a platform that would address these needs while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

It remains a standout example in the industry, frequently referenced because, prior to THX, no one was offering a solution quite like this.

Integrated THX’s Syrinx database with the new portal through bespoke B2B Sync software, automating account management processes and improving operational efficiency by reducing manual workloads.

Interactive Tools for
Transparency

Developed tools such as the Hire Contracts map and Hire Duration tools that provide users with transparency and visibility into hire contracts, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.

User-Friendly Interface with Real-Time Notifications

Designed an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface that ensures a seamless user experience, combined with real-time notifications to keep users informed and updated about their hire contracts.
